5. Check spark plugs
6. Check cap, rotor and wires
7. Check fluid, trim and tilt reservoir
8. Check trim tabs and reservoir
9. Check tilt and trim operation on outdrive
10. Check tilt and trim operation on outdrive
11. Check tilt and trim operation on outdrive
12. Check carburetor or fuel injection system
13. Sink throttle and shift cables
14. Make minor carburetor or idle adjustments
15. Check binnacle operation
16. Check timing
17. Check water leaks in cooling system
18. Check all gauge functions
19. Start and run, set idle and check engine performance
20. Load test and check level of batteries
21. Check brake fluid level of master cylinder
22. Check and grease buddy bearings – Call and Advise

OUTDRIVE

1. Install new impeller
2. Check impeller housing
3. Change gear oil and note condition of old oil
4. Service and grease U-Joints
5. Check and grease gimbal bearing
6. Check engine alignment
7. Pressure test drive – Full
8. Vaccum test drive – Empty
9. Check and grease shaft splines
10. Renew necessary gasket and seal kits
11. Check intermediate shift cable
12. Check prop hub and grease spline shaft
13. Touch up paint on lower unit skeg
